LIVING HEALTHY..REDUCE SOME KGs


ok... entry nih sbnrnya nk citer sal cara mkn yg lebih efektif, baik utk org yg cba mghilangkn bbrp kg lam bdn.. (cm owner nih la) huuuhhuhuhu...




  1. stop eating before you're full....(eeemmm, jgn mkn smpai sengkak eh!!) but not least..


  2. drizzle on the healthy oils...(ok, yg nih ssah nk ikut.. mn nk crik kdai gna minyak zaitun yg krg berminyak??? betul ker )

  3. when you're eating, just eat..(ok, yg nih mmg ak slalu buat...jgn sapa pndai2 kacau tyme ak mkn..)

  4. get moving....(isk, nih pon dh slalu buat... ti xslim2 pon.. xcukup lg kot??)

  5. eat regular meals.. (eemmm, mkn jgn skip2 k...)

  6. dine with others....(jgn nk melantak sorang2 k!!)

  7. chow down only when you're hungry...

  8. last but not least... have a glass of wine... (yg nih mmg xleh amal bg muslim.. berdosa besar tuh.. )

okla,renung2kanla n selamat beramal....
