
ok... entry nih sbnrnya nk citer sal cara mkn yg lebih efektif, baik utk org yg cba mghilangkn bbrp kg lam bdn.. (cm owner nih la) huuuhhuhuhu...
- stop eating before you're full....(eeemmm, jgn mkn smpai sengkak eh!!) but not least..
- drizzle on the healthy oils...(ok, yg nih ssah nk ikut.. mn nk crik kdai gna minyak zaitun yg krg berminyak??? betul ker )
- when you're eating, just eat..(ok, yg nih mmg ak slalu buat...jgn sapa pndai2 kacau tyme ak mkn..)
- get moving....(isk, nih pon dh slalu buat... ti xslim2 pon.. xcukup lg kot??)
- eat regular meals.. (eemmm, mkn jgn skip2 k...)
- dine with others....(jgn nk melantak sorang2 k!!)
- chow down only when you're hungry...
- last but not least... have a glass of wine... (yg nih mmg xleh amal bg muslim.. berdosa besar tuh.. )
